If you are interested in making a monetary donation, please click here. Choose "Other" from the dropdown menu and type "The W Food Pantry" in the notes. Just a $10 donation can purchase $100 worth of food from Gleaners Food Bank. 

Non-perishable food and toiletries

Items can be dropped off at The W during open hours, in the Dean of Students Office in 301 Student Center or you can contact The W to schedule a pick-up from your campus location.

The W can accept The W cannot accept
Whole fresh produce without significant decay Foods that have been served or put on a buffet table
Baked goods (day-old bread, bagels, and other bakery items) Foods that have been previously reheated
Unopened canned and packaged goods in original packaging Foods that have been kept in the danger temperature zone for more than 2 hours
Canned goods with greater expiration date than 2017 Foods with damaged or compromised packaging, resulting in the loss of a sanitary barrier protection
Unopened bagged beans Any food containing alcohol
  Produce with significant decay
  Frozen foods
  Sushi or any seafood intended for raw consumption
  Open, punctured, bulging, or seriously damaged canned goods
  Home canned or home jarred products

Kitchen items

The W is collecting gently used kitchen items (e.g. dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc.).  These items can be dropped off at the Dean of Students Office in Room 301 Student Center, or you can complete this form and you will be contacted to make arrangements for pick-up from your campus location.

Host a food drive

The W can provide bins to collect donations and can provide you with marketing materials you may need. If you would like to do a specific food drive (i.e. cereal drive, feminine hygiene drive, etc.). Interested? Complete this form.
